Welcome to the 46th Annual Crown Gall Conference, which will be held on October 3–4, 2026, at Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, USA.

For more than four decades, the Crown Gall Conference has brought together the international Agrobacterium research community for an informal and highly interactive meeting dedicated to the latest advances in host interactions, cell biology, genomics, evolution, and plant biotechnology.

The meeting fosters a uniquely collaborative environment that encourages open exchange of unpublished data, new methods, and emerging ideas. It serves as an important venue for trainees to present their work, receive feedback from leaders in the field, and build connections and collaborations across disciplines.

Set in the scenic Berkshire Hills during New England's autumn season, the 2026 meeting will continue this tradition by bringing together researchers from academia and industry to discuss emerging concepts, share new findings, and strengthen our vibrant scientific community.

We look forward to welcoming you to Williamstown for two days of outstanding science, stimulating discussions, and reconnecting with colleagues and friends.
